This December 6th will be our last “Informal Meeting” and “Social” of 2010 to be held at Buonarroti’s Restaurant in Lincoln.  A no host bar will start at 6:00 pm with dinner beginning around 7:15 pm.

Please mail your check and meal choices to our Social Chair - Dyan Walter before November 30th so she can put your name on the dinner list:

Cost is $36.00 per person.

Cost for recognized individuals listed below is $26.00 per person.

At this informal dinner/meeting we will have our turn-over of the 2010 Board Members to the new 2011 Board Members.  The Board voted unanimously to recognize those individuals who have contributed to the overall group enjoyment in providing their individual time and resources to help make our club interesting and exciting by volunteering to Lead or Co-lead in Tours and/or special functions. 

Scheduling a Tour requires a lot of planning, pre-trips, organization of communication, and material to present a Tour that is enjoyable for all.  As a way of recognizing these individuals, their cost for the Christmas Dinner will be reduced to $26.00 for their efforts.

The Board would like to thank all the above individuals for their efforts as well as all our Members for helping 2010 being another great year for Lincoln Hills Sports Car Group.  Please come to this celebration to close the LHSCG’s 2010 year.  We look forward to an exciting 2011 with even more Tours and Socials!

 

Remember, our next formal meeting for January 3rd, 2011 will be at Kilaga Lodge in the Presentation Hall at 6:30 pm with our new 2011 Board Members.
